Social and economic development in the Irkutsk Oblast in the context of ecological restrictions
The paper considers the limits for the economic growth of resource regions related to their specific natural resources law status. The author analyses the sectoral, territorial and reproductive aspects of the economic development for the Irkutsk Oblast (Baikal Region) according to different external scenarios of its development.
